Refund policy

Sunshine Tide offers refunds or reprints for damaged or defective products if reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof, and we will provide a replacement. Returns and exchanges are not supported for non-defective products as each item is created just for you when you place your order. Due to the custom nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Reporting issues promptly is essential for eligibility and is determined on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
